Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unopened and unused in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products.

Refunds

Refunds are issued for items that arrive damaged or defective due to a fault on our end. Please note that damage caused by misuse is not eligible for a refund. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage.
